Gaba ND; Keller JM

A 45-year-old G2P2 patient has come to your office to discuss a 4-cm ovarian cyst found on a computed tomography (CT) scan of her abdomen/pelvis, which had been performed to further evaluate her recurrent nephrolithiasis. She is obese with a body mass index of 33 and has no gynecologic complaints. On bimanual exam and rectovaginal exam, you do not appreciate any adnexal masses and her rectovaginal septum is smooth. How do you proceed?
