Contraception: The Good and the Not So Good?
Burkman RT
TheFemalePatient.2012;37(9):12-13.

Recently contraception has made headlines, at least in the newspapers I read. Some of the news has been very positive, other news not so much. First, the good news. The teen birth rate has declined 9% from 2009 to 2010; a rate of 34.3 births per 1,000 adolescents aged 15 to 19 years. The rate is the lowest recorded in over seven decades.
