Endometriosis manifests primarily as dysmenorrhea but may also be responsible for many reported cases of dyspareunia, chronic pelvic pain, irregular menses, and infertility. The latest approaches using the variety of available medical and surgical treatments are discussed as they specifically relate to the adolescent population.
